• Four hours of one-on-one private coaching are conducted in two sessions, each two hours.
• You must complete watching all the video courses and required actions prior to your coaching sessions.
• You will receive an email upon enrolling that provides instructions on scheduling your coaching sessions. Please complete this form expeditiously.
• 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a training session

Video training courses and private coaching are not included, but are highly recommended before purchasing these scenarios.

Once you purchase your fire assessment online course videos, you will have access to them for 90 days. However, viewing time can be extended as needed.

Your login information to access your video and set up your classroom will be emailed to you within minutes after your transaction; necessary links will also be included in your receipt after checkout.  Please follow the link included in your receipt to view your video course! The printable handouts link will be found with your receipt.

You will be able to print out documents included in your fire assessment online course in the same email, after your transaction is complete.

Once a coaching session is scheduled and the calendar invite is sent, this is a firm commitment. It can only be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances/emergencies and we must have a minimum of 72 hours notice.
